I (the artist) have the right to use the finished commissions as part of my portfolio. The Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the characters.

Please do not take away my credit, trace, edit, printed, resold, multiplied or use for commercial purposes without paying royalties or a commercial fee.

Using my art for AI training/ generation or NFT purposes is prohibited. Both personal and commercial commissions applied.

I've got the right to reject any commission I don't think I could work on.

I accept Paypal for US Dollars ($ - USD) and Banking for Vietnamese ($1=23.000 VND).

All commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
If you want to make partial payment, please let me know.

If you do not pay the invoice within one week, I will assume you don’t want to commission anymore and cancel it.
In case you have problems, please let me know.

All of my commissions are digital, so nothing is ever intended by either me or the client to be physically shipped.

The completion time will range from 2 weeks to a month, depending on many factors. I will notify you if there are any delays.

The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

I'll provide you with two rough sketches of the requested commission. You can ask me to edit the sketch; after two attempts, there will be a fee (10$ for the change).

Please be patient with your commission. I will not take any rush orders.

You’ll receive a high-resolution file (within the range of 2000–3500 pixels at 300 ppi) unwatermarked.

The commission is not refundable once I’ve started working on the sketch phase.

I'll refund 100% when I can't work on the request for personal reasons.
